Ordering, Payment and Pricing

Ordering from Daisy Blue is very easy and quick. Either:

  • Use our very secure online shopping cart and pay via Paymate with your credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
  • There is no need to sign up with Paymate to make a payment. Simply select the Paymate option at check out and follow the instructions in the Paymate Express Payment page that appears.
  • Email us at sales@daisyblue.co.nz
  • Phone us on 03 960 8982 or 027 269 6377 for bank account or postal details.

Daisy Blue reserves the right to alter prices. However the price confirmed at the time of ordering will not alter. Please note that all our prices displayed with the products are in New Zealand dollars and do not include freight charges but do include GST. (Freight charges also include gst).

International orders

International orders are welcome, please email us on daisyblue@xtra.co.nz with your requirements, or phone us on +64 3 960 8982 and we will then quote you a freight price and delivery time.

Delivery time

Please allow 6-8 weeks delivery to your door.

Cancellation of order

Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order will be refunded, however as our furniture is prepared and painted to order, a fee of $100 will be made if you cancel your order after this time.

Damaged goods

All Daisy Blue products leave our workshop in excellent condition. Occasionally, however, damage does occur in transit to the customer. Please inspect your order immediately on delivery (prior to signing the delivery receipt) if damaged please state so on the delivery docket from our freight company before they leave. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days for a replacement.

Colours

Our online colour chart has been produced to the best possible accuracy, although slight variations do occur; if you are concerned about the colours please ask us for a colour sample to be sent to you just to be sure.
